国際法曹協会（International Bar Association: IBA）主催の"2nd Asia Pacific Regional Forum Conference and Bar Leaders day - Asia after the GFC - leading the global recovery"が2010年11月17日から19日まで東京国際フォーラムで開催されました。

11月18日の講演では、当事務所のパートナー、片山達弁護士が、証券取引法／会社法のセッション「Cross-border mergers, acquisitions and investments in Asia: trends and opportunities in Asia following the financial crisis」（第1部）、「Regional acquisition, merger and investment developments: sector-specific issues and opportunities in Asia today」（第2部）においてCo-Chairを務め、当事務所のパートナー、植村幸也弁護士が、競争法のセッション「Merger control in the Asia-Pacific region」（第1部）において、スピーカーを務め、"Japan's Recent Merger Investigation of Foreign Companies"に関し、講演を行いました。
