Our partner, Akira Moriwaki, attended the EAAIR Qingdao 2019 organized by The East Asian Association of Insolvency & Restructuring which was held from October 26 to 27, 2019 in Qingdao. Mr. Moriwaki participated as panelist at a session entitled "Recognition and Assistance of Insolvency Proceedings: Trends and Practices in Korea".
In addition, our partner, Hiroyasu Ueda, made an annual report titled "Trends of Legislation and Practice on Insolvency and Restructuring Law for One Year in Each Country" at the symposium.
