Jun Ishii handles various corporate matters in Japan and other countries. He provides support to Japanese corporations for their investments, M&As and management of their subsidiaries in many countries in cooperation with local law firms. In particular, he is familiar with legal practice in Latin America since he has experience with working for major law firms in Brazil and Chile. In Japan, he assists both Japanese and foreign clients mainly for their general corporate matters and M&As (including providing legal support for the incorporation and operation of the Japanese subsidiaries of foreign clients). Recently, he has also begun focusing on providing legal advice to clients in the gaming and other entertainment industries.
