Our partner, Hiroshige Nakagawa participated in "India as an Emerging Economic Giant" organized by IBA (International Bar Association) which was held from March 6 to 7, 2009 in Mumbai. Mr. Nakagawa participated as panellist in a session entitled "Current Developments in Insolvency Law in India".
