The ALB In-house Legal Summit Tokyo 2006, was held on June 15 2006 at the Capitol Tokyo Hotel, which gathered experienced in-house practitioners in Japan. Our partner, Hideki Thurgood Kano, made a presentation entitled "How Employers Should Handle Cases of Employees with Mental Stress" during a workshop and explained the appropriate measures for companies to take when dealing with employees with mental stress.
