Explanatory Notes for the case where the Supreme Court determined that the Lower Court’s Judgment was illegal in that it ordered a company that received an insurance payment due to the death of its insured employees under a group fixed-term insurance (A-type Group Insurance) to pay part of such insurance payment to the bereaved families beyond the family allowance specified by the company’s internal rules (Supreme Court Judgment issued by the Third Petty Bench on April 11, 2006)
