Ryosuke Otoguro has been engaged in a broad range of matters at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune since he joined the firm in 2012. He focuses primarily on capital market transactions, such as issuance and offering of debt (including Samurai Bond), equity securities and investment trust beneficial certificates in international and domestic markets. He has also been involved securitizations and other structured financing transactions, non-recourse loans and real estate funds, including Japanese REITs (real estate investment trusts).
