Mikiko Toeda focuses on all aspects of legal issues related to the asset management businesses. She has been engaged in various types of transactions including those relating to REITs. She also has significant experience in various types of investment funds both in and outside of Japan. Prior to joining Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, Mikiko served as a lawyer at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto and Sidley Austin LLP.
