Kosuke Tsunashima has represented and acted for both Japanese and non-Japanese clients in various industries in litigation and other forms of dispute resolution involving M&A and joint venture transactions, finance projects, real property, product liabilities, construction, disclosure documents, intellectual properties and other commercial disputes.
Kosuke Tsunashima also has broad and deep experience in a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A and joint venture transactions in Japan and around the world. He has assisted a number of overseas clients investing into Japan, including in relation to setting up a Japanese branch or subsidiary, advising on various regulatory issues and drafting all types of contracts required for their business in Japan.
