It is with great sorrow and regret that we inform you that Mr. Noritaka Moriuchi, a former partner of our firm and current Of Counsel, has passed away. All of the AMT members are deeply saddened by this loss. Mr. Moriuchi had provided legal services across a wide range of fields for many years, primarily focusing on cases involving the entry into Japan of major corporations from Europe and the United States. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your kindness and support towards him both professionally and socially during his lifetime.

In accordance with the wishes of Mr. Moriuchi’s family, the wake and funeral will be held with close relatives only. We must also inform you that his family will not be accepting any condolence visits, condolence gifts, floral tributes, or funeral offerings.
