At the Conferment Ceremony for the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star and the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Gold and Silver Star held at the Matsukaze-no-Ma Drawing Room of the Imperial Palace on November 9, 2021, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida conferred the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Gold and Silver Star on Mr. Kato, and Mr. Kato had the honor of meeting Emperor Naruhito at the Homeiden State Banquet Hall.
