Anderson Mori & Tomotsune was given the award for its advice to eMobile Ltd., a newcomer in the mobile telecommunication business in Japan, on the equity and the debt financing at a total of approximately JPY 360 billion. Our partner Koji Fujita, and associates Hiroya Ito, Takeru Kato, Daiki Akimoto and Yuki Kohmaru were in charge of the transactions.
