Attorneys of our firm have submitted a public comment on the “Summary of Issues for Administrative Investigation Procedures under the Anti-Monopoly Act” to the Office to Study Administrative Investigation Procedures under the Anti-Monopoly Act, Minister’s Secretariat, Cabinet Office on July 11, 2014.
