Practice

Dr. Vassili Moussis is an English qualified lawyer. Prior to joining Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, he practiced in London, Brussels and Tokyo with a particular emphasis on EU competition law. He studied law in Belgium and the UK and holds a Ph.D. on comparative EU and Japanese competition law. Mr. Moussis also worked at the European Commission's Directorate General for Competition for one year as an administrative trainee. At Anderson Mori & Tomotsune his practice focuses on EU law and in particular EU and international competition law with a particular emphasis on merger control and cartel matters. He is also advising on distribution arrangements, intellectual property issues and other commercial matters, which often include an international element.
