Our partner, Masaakira Kitazawa, Koya Uemura, Naoki Iguchi, Kotaro Okamoto and our associate Takamiki Nishikawa  participated in the IPBA Conference 2010 which was held from May 2 to May 5 in Singapore.

In this conference, Mr.Kitazawa gave a speech entitled "The Financial Institutions Regulatory Landscape After The Financial Crises" at the joint session organized by IBA and IPBA, Mr. Uemura gave a speech entitled "Antitrust Enforcement Investigations: Recent Changes Around the Region", Mr.Iguchi gave a speech entitled "Cross-Border Liability for Environmental Disaster and Personal Injury: Mock Scenario Discussion", and Mr. Okamoto gave a speech entitled "How Tax Laws Around the World have Evolved since The Kyoto Protocol." Mr. Nishikawa was the moderator for the session entitled "Clean Tech-The Implications of New Technology in a Global Crisis."
