Yoshihiro Morisato


Yoshihiro has a broad practice covering public and private M&A, equity capital markets and private equity, with particular experience in takeover bids, squeeze-out proceedings and stock exchange related works. He was seconded on a full time basis to the M&A advisory department of one of the leading Japanese securities firms in 2011. With this background, Yoshihiro brings a truly commercial perspective to legal advice and is noted by his clients for his ability to speak their language. Having worked in Australia and Thailand, coupled with experience in Japan, Yoshihiro understands the requirements of foreign clients and key elements of successful deal execution.
