Masaki has extensive experience in restructuring, representing a full range of stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, and sponsors, in both in-court and out-of-court proceedings. He also frequently advises foreign companies on strategic exits from the Japanese market, providing expert guidance through comprehensive legal and business considerations.
