Anderson Mori & Tomotsune (AMT) has always strived to respect the diversity of its employees and to provide a transparent and comfortable working environment. In order to strengthen these goals and to ensure that all firm members are able to flourish in our workplace, we have now established a Diversity & Inclusion Policy (D&I Policy) to promote Diversity & Inclusion (D&I).

Following the establishment of this D&I Policy, a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Committee will be established as a department to promote D&I at our firm, and we have created a page dedicated to Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) within our firm’s website.
