On June 28, 2018, law firms from more than 40 countries gathered at the International Legal Alliance Summit & Awards event in New York to recognize legal service excellence around the world based on submissions from more than 200 independent law firms. Jury panels of more than 100 senior legal executives from all major industry sectors voted to honor Anderson Mori & Tomotsune with the prize, the Silver Award as the "Best Asian Law Firm 2018" and received special distinction as "Best Japanese IP Firm."
