中野雄介律师是安德森・毛利・友常律师事务所的合伙人之一，他在反垄断法、商事纠纷的交涉与解决、M&A以及知识产权法领域有着丰富的经验。在反垄断领域，他尤其擅长国内外的关于应对卡特尔调查及经营者集中的控制。他与当地的律师合作向在国外作为反垄断案件当事人的日本公司和个人提供咨询服务。另外，还代理许多公司办理行政、民事、以及刑事诉讼业务(含大宗复杂案件)、新型的M&A案件、合资案件以及行政许可等问题。 中野雄介律师除了在安德森・毛利・友常律师事务所工作外，还曾在纽约的Skadden, Arps,Slate,Meagher & Flom LLP律师事务所工作(2001年至2002年)。
