铃木刚志律师主要代理竞争法、M&A交易及其他普通法务案件。在加入本所之前，曾有在英国的顶尖律所的东京及布鲁塞尔事务所就跨境并购及日本、EU竞争法相关为客户提供法律意见和建议的经验。铃木律师还曾在公正交易委员会经营户集中课，作为主审负责审查众数量众多的经营者集中案例。利用以上的经验，专业处理国际竞争法案件（特别是经营者集中审查案件及国际卡特尔案件）。此外，铃木律师也广泛代理国内卡特尔・招投标、流通交易、知识产权、下请法等案件。
