バシリ・ムシス博士は英国事務弁護士の資格を持ち、当所で執務をする前はロンドン、ブリュッセル、東京において競争法関連の案件を手がけていました。また、ベルギー及び英国にて法律を学び、EU比較法及び日本の競争法についての論文で博士号を取得し、欧州委員会競争総局にてアドミニストラティブ・トレイニー（administrative trainee)として一年間勤務しました。当所においては流通、企業の組織再編、知的財産権、その他商事等の中でも国際的要素が含まれる案件に携わり、EU法及びEU競争法、特に合併規制及びカルテル問題に関する助言を行っています。
