He regularly represents hedge funds, private equity funds and other distressed investors in matters, including those of a cross-border nature, relating to both in- and out-of-court restructurings, distressed mergers & acquisitions and other distressed financing. He is also experienced in representing secured creditors’ committees, trustees and other parties advising on asset recovery and the taking and enforcement of securities.
