Practice

Yoko Sugi has been engaged in a broad range of matters at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune since she joined the firm in 2003. She has been involved in a variety of corporate matters including the issuance of securities in both domestic and international capital markets, the sale of shares in foreign investment trust funds in domestic capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and other general corporate matters.
