Shiho Koizumi is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune who has been involved with a variety of international and domestic transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and financial transactions. She has also been engaged in a wide range of corporate matters including in the areas of corporate law, business transaction law, labor law, intellectual property law, and dispute resolution.
