Practice

Koichi Saito can provide legal advice on M&A transactions, including share transfers (involving TOBs) or mergers, re-organizations in a business group, and MBOs or other buy-outs. Mr. Saito’s practice also includes legal advice on the Companies Act and Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, fundamental laws on listed companies, litigation and other dispute resolution, international business transactions, antitrust compliance, various financial transactions and other corporate legal matters. Mr. Saito also acquired business knowledge (management, finance, corporate strategies, accounting, etc.) while studying at Harvard Law School.
