Practice

Hitoshi Ishihara provides a variety of legal services to various international and foreign-affiliated clients doing business in Japan (including advice concerning corporate governance, compliance, business negotiation and dispute resolution). Utilizing his experience of over sevens years in the United States enables him to effectively bridge the linguistic and cultural gap faced by his clients. In the antitrust field, Mr. Ishihara has been involved in various international cartel cases in which he dealt with the foreign antitrust agencies by cooperating with co-counsels in those jurisdictions.
