Go Fujimoto is an associate at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune who has provided plenty of advices from diversified perspectives on various issues from daily operation to M&A that arise through business operation, based on abundant practical experiences in a wide range of fields. For example;
(a) representing foreign investors in various scale M&A transactions,
(b) international practice regarding anti-monopoly law (such as cartels in various countries, vertical arrangements and filings of concentration of enterprises in China),
(c) providing advices on investment in China (such as making business structures in the area with special regulation, licenses, establishment of JVs and wholly-owned subsidiaries, corporate restructuring and withdrawals of business),
(d) practices in the area of security (including listing), securitization and financial regulation,
(e) international practice regarding intellectual properties (such as patent, design, trademark and copyright), and
(f) advising on regulations in Various Area such as Telecommunication Business Act, Pharmaceutical Affairs Act and Agricultural Chemicals Regulation Act.
