Practice

Daisuke Tate has been engaged in an extensive range of legal practice at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune since he joined the firm in 2003. He has been involved in regulatory issues in the field of securities business, investment trust business and investment advisory services business, governmental documentation and real estate securitizations. Mr. Tate's professional experience also includes mergers and acquisitions and general corporate issues.
