Our partner, Hiroshige Nakagawa, and counsel to our Beijing Office, Jiadi Li, have been elected as advisory members of China-East Asia International Trade Disputes Settlement Advisory Committee effective May 2014. This committee is a dispute resolution mechanism between East Asia companies and Chinese companies, which was established by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (“CCPIT”).
