We are very pleased to announce that Dr. Makoto Ono joined our firm as a patent attorney on October 6, 2009.

After eleven years experience in researching biochemistry for a corporation, Dr. Ono began his practice as patent attorney (benrishi) and has been involved mostly in the patent filing for the fields of biochemistry, pharmaceutical, agrochemistry and food engineering.  Dr. Ono has also handled infringement litigation cases for medical and analytical equipments and automotive parts.  With his well founded knowledge of foreign and domestic patent filing and prosecution, Dr. Ono will specialize in handling patent related cases regarding biochemistry, pharmaceutical, agrochemistry and food engineering.  For more information on Dr. Ono, please click here.
