The In-House Congress Tokyo 2008 was held on December 11, 2008 at Westin Tokyo, which gathered experienced in-house practitioners and business executives of large enterprises in Japan. Our partner, Mr. Akira Moriwaki and our associate Mr. Koya Uemura, made a presentation entitled "Avoiding the Legal Risks of Doing Business in China: The New Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law and EU & US Examination of Cartel Activity in the PRC" during a workshop and discussed present state of anti-trust laws in the U.S., the EU, the P.R. China and Japan.
