Our partner Takashi Akahane participated in "Symposium on Engineering and Law in Asia" organized by the National Taiwan University and Formosan Brothers which was held on October 31, 2008. Mr. Akahane participated as a speaker in a session entitled "Recent Developments in Japanese Procurement Laws - Focusing on PPP (Public Private Partnership)".
