Takashi Toichi Presents at the ALB In-House Legal Summit Beijing 2006
The ALB In-House Legal Summit Beijing 2006 was held on November 29, 2006 at the Kempinski Hotel, which gathered experienced in-house practitioners of many large enterprises. Our associate, Mr. Takashi Toichi, made a presentation entitled "Are You Coming?: Changes to Japanese Corporate Laws Welcoming to Foreign Companies" during a workshop and discussed the following issues:

Also, the possibilities of investment in Japan by Chinese Enterprises utilizing triangular mergers, starting from next year, were explained.
