The In-House Congress Tokyo 2006 was held on September 28, 2006 at the Palace Hotel, which gathered experienced in-house practitioners and business executives of large enterprises in Japan. Our partner, Ms. Yukiko Imazu, made a presentation entitled "Sexual Harassment-Employer's Liabilities and Action to be Taken-" during a workshop and explained the appropriate measures for companies to take when dealing with sexual harassment cases.
