Our partner Tatsu Katayama authored the Japan chapter of "European Lawyer Reference 2005/2006 Conflicts of Interest". This chapter analyzes situations in which the best interests of customers in service providers such as financial institutions, accountants and lawyers conflict with those of the service provider or the best interests of two or more customers conflict with each other.
