Our partner Hideto Ishida and and our senior foreign counsel James M. Minamoto co-authored the Japan chapter of European Lawyer Reference Leniency Regimes 2005/2006. This chapter reports on details of the immunity and leniency program to be introduced in Japan for the first time from January 2006.
