Our partner, Osamu Hirakawa, will participate in "Asia Pacific Mergers and Acquisitions Conference" which will be held on November 24 and 25, 2005 in Hong Kong. The conference, presented by the Business Organization Committee, Corporate Law Section of the International Bar Association ("IBA")'s Legal Practice Divisions and the IBA's Asia Pacific Forum, will gather prominent practitioners and M&A experts. Mr. Hirakawa will speak in the session entitled "Overview and Comparison of Takeover Structure in Asia".
