James M. Minamoto, partner of Minamoto Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi Jimusho, registered offices of Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, presented a three-part seminar series on American Civil Procedure to students at the Tokyo University Graduate Law School. The seminar covered the areas of Jurisdiction, Discovery Procedures, and the Attorney-Client and Other Privileges. Arabella J.
